Hazelnut is an sweet nutritious eatable kernel from the “birch” or Betulaceae family of trees. Hazel tree begins producing fruits about three years after plantation. Farshim Brown Hazelnut

Farshim White Hazelnut 
The skinless hazelnut (white) brain is one of the products used in the manufacturing industry, butter and lubrication. It is also widely used in the confectionery and chocolate industries. This product is just like the hazelnut brain product (with brown skin), with the difference that the final stripping process is done. White hazelnut is sold at a higher price rather than a brown hazelnut because of the process of peeling (third skin). The advantage of this hazelnut is that it can be directly used in the industry.
